I am Assistant Professor of Statistics at Center for Data Science, Zhejiang University. Before that, I obtained my Ph.D in statistics (Advisor: Prof. Xiaodan Fan) in 2018 from Department of Statistics, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and M.Sc in Applied Mathematics in 2013 from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now, we develop machine learning methods for biological omics data such as Genomics, Epigenomics, Microbiome, Transcriptome, Metabolome, Proteome, etc. aiming to have new insights on mechanism of diseases or other complex phenotypes.
